RULES:

Print your choice clearly and legibly on the line beside each category. Please be specific. Keep it local. Everybody knows that a certain golden-arched fast food chain has great fries.  We’re interested in the absolute best that this city, and only this city, has to offer.

At least 25 categories must be completed for the ballot to be eligible. All ballots must include name, email address, and phone number to be accepted.

One ballot per person. Photocopied ballots are not accepted. Only original newsprint ballots received via the U.S. Postal Service or website ballots received via the Nashville Scene website (www.nashvillescene.com) are eligible. Ballot stuffing and spamming is prohibited.  The Nashville Scene reserves the right to reject any suspicious ballot.

Print submissions due by Monday, September 7th. Online ballots must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2009.  Results will be published in the Nashville Scene’s October 15th Best of Nashville® issue.
